FOOD ORDER ERRORS
Please accept our sincere apologies if the food you receive differs from the receipt. As soon as you notice an error in your order, please call us or email us as the earliest. The correct food item may be picked up by you.
Card payments will be refunded the amount associated with the error and recharged for the new item price.
DISSATISFACTION WITH FOOD
Only the finest and freshest ingredients are used in our food. All of the dishes we make are made with great care and pride. The food can be refunded or replaced if it is wrong, omitted, or otherwise incorrect. Food that a guest does not like is typically not refunded.
LEVEL OF SPICE
Spice levels are available in Mild, Medium, Hot, and Thai Hot, but everyone’s preference can vary. You can add more spice, but you can’t take it out, so we recommend choosing a lower spice level. Please let us know if you’d like us to add a side of ground chili, chili sauce, or Sriracha to your order.
COMPLIMENTARY FOOD
Any complimentary food cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
A restaurant has the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason as a private business. We cannot continue to provide excellent and quality food and service to you and our other wonderful and frequent customers if a customer abuses the Return & Refund Policy.
Please note: Our pick-up items are prepared and packaged in a way that preserves their high quality. After being packaged, some items may have slight variations in temperature, sauce, or consistency.
If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or tampered. Then discount, refund will not be applicable.
