1. APPLICABILITY

Prices are subject to change without notice. 1.2 By accepting an offer or making an order, the consumer expressly accepts these General Terms and Conditions. 1.3 A deviation from these Terms and Conditions can only be effective if the management confirms it in writing.

3. PRICES/OFFERS

3.1 Takeaway Junction reserves the right to change the prices at any time, particularly in the event of legal or regulatory changes. Takeaway Junction expressly reserves the right to change the prices at any time, and all offers made by Takeaway Junction are without obligation. 3.2 The prices are all in rupees, prices will be inclusive of GST. 3.3 Promotional prices may be applicable in some cases. Stocks last only for a limited time at these prices. Before or after the specific period, no rights to these prices can be invoked. 3.4 If a price indication is incorrect due to typographical or printing errors, Takeaway Junction cannot be held responsible. Incorrect price information does not give rise to any rights.

4. CANCELLATIONS

4.1 An event may be cancelled or rescheduled by Takeaway Junction. A suitable solution will be provided by Takeaway Junction if this occurs. We will notify you as soon as possible if an event is postponed or cancelled. It is, however, not possible for Takeaway Junction to inform you of any changes or cancellations of an event promptly, or be held liable for any resulting costs, such as travel, accommodation, or any other related goods and services. 4.2 Before placing an order, kindly double check the list of items. There are no refund in case of quantity mismatch.

5. PAYMENTS

5.1 Prices will be inclusive of GST. 5.2 We accept Cash, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, E-Wallets, Google Pay, and PhonePe as methods of payment or as per our payment getway partner option availability.

6. OTHER PROVISIONS

6.1 One or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions, or any other agreement with Takeaway Junction, which conflict with any applicable law, shall be void and replaced by a comparable stipulation that is admissible by law, as determined by Takeaway Junction. 6.2 The law of the Indian Government applies to all agreements entered into with or concluded by Takeaway Junction. Any dispute arising directly or indirectly from these agreements will be resolved exclusively by the Court of Khurdha. 6.3 Kindly cross check with all parameters before paying any amount on the name of Takeaway Junction by Online or Offline. The risk of any fraud or mispayment will be the user respected issue, we are not providing any refund or any disputed amount in any case of like this. Be carefull of fraudlant practices on fake name. 6.4 Legal Name of Merchant “Takeaway Junction” , Intellectual Property Clasue, Limit Liability w.r.t User as “Customer”. Any types of Dispute / Daviation from User End ” Customer” or from Service provider end “Takeaway Junction” will be Subject to all “Bhubaneswar Jurdiction”
